Inside Delivery Options:

We make it possible for you to own a safe that fits your needs. No matter how large or how heavy it is, Safe and Vault Store makes it easy for you. Our licensed, bonded and insured inside delivery partners will deliver virtually all products we sell.  GOLD White Glove Inside delivery is an optional service and can be selected at the time of checkout -- or for products over 799 lbs. please call 800-207-2259 for a PLATINUM White Glove Inside Delivery Quote.

 Standard Shipping & Handling with FREE Garage or Warehouse Placement:
 
Unless inside delivery is selected at the time of checkout, all products weighing 100 pounds or less are shipped via UPS and will be delivered to your business or residential door.  For products weighing 101 pounds to 3,000 pounds our Standard Shipping & Handling includes all the following:  (Please be aware that other sites claiming FREE SHIPPING will charge for the services listed below.)

• FREE Lift gate included at no extra charge (to lower the safe to the ground)
  
• FREE Residential delivery is included at no extra charge (others charge a fee)
  
• FREE Delivery of the safe and pallet inside your residential garage or business Warehouse.  Access to an "overhead" garage door is required and must be over pavement or concrete.  Excessively steep driveways are NOT included in this service and would require GOLD or PLATINUM White Glove Inside Delivery. (see below).

GOLD White Glove Inside Delivery:

OUR  GOLD  WHITE GLOVE INSIDE DELIVERY TEAM WILL:

GOLD White Glove Inside Delivery up to 799 lbs. of weight:
Delivery inside your home or business which includes floor protection, (2) staircase carries up to 25 steps, outdoor steps, long carries, placement of the safe at the final resting spot, unpacking, removal of debris. GOLD White Glove Inside Delivery does NOT include anchoring of your product or lifting a safe high on to a pedestal/platform.  Please see PLATINUM White Glove Inside Delivery below if you require these services.

PLATINUM White Glove Inside Delivery

PLATINUM White Glove Inside Delivery is available in most areas for an additional cost and includes all the GOLD White Glove Inside Delivery service PLUS anchoring of your product into concrete or wood floors.  All safes that weigh more than 799 lbs. must have  PLATINUM  White Glove Inside Delivery.   PLATINUM  White Glove Inside Delivery is for situations where a safe must be lifted onto a high pedestal/platform, more than (2) flights of stairs, or requires special equipment.  The preferred method of obtaining a quote and scheduling for inside delivery is available for an additional cost and can be quoted by calling us at 1-800-207-2259.  A Safe Consultant will ask you some questions and then get back to you with a CUSTOM Inside Delivery quote.

PAYMENT of Inside Delivery:

Should you elect to have your product installed with Inside Delivery, Safe and Vault Store will automatically charge your credit card for the quoted installed price. If, after being charged online for inside delivery service, the customer changes the location or parameters of the inside delivery (based on the answers to the inside delivery questionnaire/quote) or, if questions were not answered correctly, additional inside delivery charges may apply.

If inside delivery has been selected, Safe and Vault Store will ship your safe directly to the  Inside Delivery authorized agent in your area. The Inside Delivery agent will call you to make an appointment for Inside Delivery.

The customer is responsible to coordinate directly with the delivery company, for:

• Receiving and accepting the safe
• Delivery
• Payment for additional  changes as described above
