If your order has not shipped, please return to the Product Page on our site where you first ordered. Here, you will see "Availability" under the Price. It will say: "Usually ships in" with the number of Work Days that this manufacturer usually ships product in. These days are calculated starting the first Work Day after your order date.
If the number of Work Days has not elapsed, then your product has not shipped. Please wait until the Work Days have elapsed to receive an email with your tracking information.
Once your product ships, we will email you a link with either a UPS or YRC (our freight company) tracking number so you can track your safe and see the "Estimated Delivery Date".
If you have purchased White Glove Inside Delivery, then the Inside Delivery company will call you within 2 Work Days after they receive the safe to make an appointment for Inside Delivery.
Of course, if you have not received a shipping notification email after the Work Days have expired, then please call us at: (800) 207-2259 and we can check on the ship date for you.
