Purchase Order/Commercial Credit Application

Safe and Vault Store offers the convenience of ordering products via authorized purchase order. Purchase orders must be signed by a qualified representative of the company, be a bona fide company document, and state both the shipping and billing address; include all relevant costs, including product prices, shipping and handling, installation fees, and applicable taxes. Requisitions, letters, faxes, or memoranda referencing a purchase order will not be accepted. To place an order via purchase order, we must receive the document by fax, e-mail or in the mail.

Qualified customer categories for using a purchase order are:

• Government
• Education
  
• Banks & Credit Unions
• Hospitals
• Institutions

Additional terms and conditions for using purchase orders are:

• The minimum purchase amount is $500.00
• Payment terms are NET 10 days from date of invoice (initiated once product(s) have shipped)
• All products will be shipped to US destinations only
• We cannot accept purchase order numbers over the phone
• Orders will not be processed until your account is approved and we received a signed purchase order
• We do not accept international purchase orders
• Purchase order terms, if different than those of Safe and Vault Store will not be accepted

We cannot accept your purchase order unless you agree to these terms. Purchase Orders are subject to approval.
