As an added convenience for select customers, SafeandVaultStore.com offers the convenience of paying for your purchases via authorized purchase order. Eligible customer customer categories for using a Purchase Order are:
  • Government
  • Schools
  • Banks & Credit Unions
  • Hospitals
  • Institutions
To be approved to use purchase orders, eligible companies or organizations need to complete a credit application. Please click the link below to obtain an application for our commercial credit plan. Fill out the application completely and FAX back to our offices at 509.624.6909. You should receive a response on your application by the next business day. Please note that, at this time, only businesses with physical addresses in the United States are eligible to apply for credit accounts. Purchase orders may be used only for orders totaling $500.00 or greater. For orders totaling less than $500.00, please use our other standard options for payment listed on this page.

Once approved, eligible customers may place their orders by calling our convenient toll free number @ 800.207.2259 and speaking with one of our commercial online specialists. After placing your order, simply fax us your authorized purchase order and your completed order will be processed.

When I ordered my safe, a Mesa model MBF6030, I explained to Mr. Dye Hawley, that we were on a somewhat tight time schedule for delivery due to my business travel. As things sometimes happen, the factory had a problem delivering that particular safe in our time frame. Mr. Hawley graciously offered to either find a substitute or happily refund our money. Not only did Mr. Hawley find a substitute, he offered to upgrade us to a MBF6032, a larger safe, at no additional charge. He was able to get the safe shipped immediately and have it installed well within our requested time frame. In this day and age, it is so refreshing to do business with a company that is willing to go the extra mile to satisfy it's customers.
