Pricing Policy & Typographical Errors

Safe And Vault Store tries hard to ensure all products are shown with their correct pricing, delivery, and product information at all times. Safe And Vault Store verifies the accuracy of all products and pricing before processing and shipping your order. If a product is listed with an incorrect price due to typographical errors or erroneous information from our suppliers or manufacturers, Safe And Vault Store will:

Correct the pricing error. If the correct price is lower than what was shown, Safe And Vault Store will charge the lower price and ship the product. If the correct price is higher, Safe And Vault Store will notify you of the higher price. You may choose to either proceed with the order at the higher, corrected price, or Safe And Vault Store shall retain the right to cancel the order at our discretion, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged, Safe And Vault Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Should Safe and Vault Store reduce the price on any purchased product within 10 calendar days of  your order date , you may contact Safe and Vault Store customer support at 1-800-207-2259 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the purchase price you were charged and the current sale price. The refund or credit is valid on the sale price of the product only and does not apply to shipping and handling charges. To receive the refund or credit you must contact Safe and Vault Store within 10 calendar days of the price change.  Refunds are valid on new products only and do not apply to used safes.

All prices valid for online sales orders only. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Freight charges include a "handling fee" that is included in the total price of the product. For customer's wishing to pick up their product from the point of origin (freight terminal) and eliminate shipping costs, the handling fee will be added to the final price of the product(s). Please contact Safe and Vault Store directly for calculating the appropriate handling fee. Some products include "free" shipping. The cost of the freight is bundled into the total price of the product.

Safe And Vault Store publishes photos provided to us by the manufacturer and every effort is made to show the actual color of the safe.  Computer video cards and monitors will often show the colors differently than the actual color of the safe.  Safe And Vault Store accepts no responsibility for slight variations in the product colors as displayed on different computers and monitors.

He was able to get the safe shipped immediately and have it installed well within our requested time frame. In this day and age, it is so refreshing to do business with a company that is willing to go the extra mile to satisfy it's customers.
