Delivery of Your Product
We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that your product is carefully packaged and transported. If the merchandise you receive is damaged or missing a part, we will make every attempt to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
Inspecting Your Delivery
WHAT TO DO IF THE PACKAGING AND/OR PRODUCT IS DAMAGED
If you sign the freight bill, accepting delivery as undamaged, and later find damaged or missing parts, please contact us immediately and we will send you a replacement part free of charge. Most freight carriers allow up to 48 hours from delivery to file a freight damage claim. After this time has passed, you will then need to file a freight claim with the shipper on your own behalf. Always keep the original shipping material.
If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the item can be returned under our standard return policy. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with either a full replacement or replacement parts, we will pay to have the item returned to us.
If your item malfunctions due to a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part, or if necessary, the entire unit. We stand behind our products and maintain great relationships with the manufacturers who produce them. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it.
