Returning Your Order
To minimize the chance you select the wrong product for your needs, please allow us to assist you in selecting the right product based on size, weight and overall purpose. However, if you find that the product you ordered is not what you expected -- for whatever reason -- we will gladly help you. Safe and Vault Store offers one of the best return policies in the online safe and vault business. You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. If we made an error in ordering, or if an item arrives damaged and it cannot be fixed with a part replacement, we will pay to return the item to us and send you a new product. If you determine that you do not want a replacement part or a new product, the item may be returned according to our General Returns Policy detailed below.

*All requests for refunds, cancellations and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date the product shipped.
If for some reason you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us by clicking on this link: Order Cancellation Form and completing the form. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once the item is shipped from our warehouse so contacting us as soon as possible is important. If we are unable to cancel the order before it is shipped, you will need to return the item according to our General Return Policy (see above for details). Custom orders cannot be canceled if manufacturing has started and you will be responsible for the entire cost of the item including shipping if applicable. Custom orders are defined as non-standard, one of a kind (color or configuration) products.
