V-Line's 31242-SA Rifle Case is designed to hold AR-15 style rifles. It can be secured inside the case with the Velcro strap which holds the barrel in place. This prevents the rifle from falling over when the door is opened and offers quick release in the event of an emergency. It is large enough that it can hold most AR style weapons as well as some accessories.
The V-Line 31242-SA Rifle Case can be hidden in a closet or behind a door. This way it is concealed but can be accessed quickly when needed. This case can be mounted in either a horizontal or vertical position depending on your needs. There are pre-drilled 1/4" anchor holes in the back to secure to a solid surface. The outside is built with 16-gauge steel. It is lined with foam to prevent scratches or damage to your rifle. The outside is painted with a textured low-gloss black finish for a lifetime of use.Â
The lock on the outside of the V-Line 31242-SA is a Simplex five button mechanical lock that is very reliable and dependable. This lock allows you to change your combination to your own custom combination. You never need to worry about replacing batteries again. There are 1081 possible combinations. For even more security when you don't need to get into the case quickly, two tubular locks with keys are located in each corner of the case.
