Returns and Order Cancellations

Here at Safe and Vault Store we offer the best return policy in the business! If you aren’t completely satisfied with your safe or vault purchase, you can return it for exchange or return of your purchase price within 30 days of purchase (with all receipts in order). Because it’s always best to ensure that you get the product that you really want, please ask us any questions you might have before making a purchase. We have experts on hand to help you pick the safe that most closely matches your needs and would love to help you!

General Returns Policy

Unopened Box (Original Packaging)
  • Full product value refund.
  • Less 20% manufacturers restocking fee.
  • Less shipping and handling fees (both ways).
  • Any promotional or free products will need to be returned, or at your request we may bill you for the value of the product plus shipping & handling.
  • Products that offer free shipping; the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Opened Box
  • Restocking fees, delivery and return shipping fees applied. (If delivered product is incorrect as a result of our error, we will exchange for the correct product or issue a full refund.)
  • Required to complete Returns Authorization form.
  • Full product value refund

  • Must notify the delivery company at the time of delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Policy under the headline “Inspecting Your Delivery” for more detailed information.

Custom Products
  • We do not accept returns for custom made products.
  • Not returnable.
