The Browning SP23 Sporter Gun Safe is manufactured by a trusted name in firearms - Browning. There are 1" diameter chromed locking bolts on three sides of the door (top/sides) 8 total 5 active as well as a SecuRam UL Rated Electronic Lock with Battery Tray that comes standard. The new Thermablock fire protection technology is rated at 1550 degrees F for 80 minutes or 1200 degrees F for 95 minutes.
It also offers side shelves that allow you to have ear protection, binoculars, and other accessories right where you need them. Accessory storage can also be changed to extra handgun storage if you ever feel the need. The standard DPX Storage System Competitor modular storage option is top-notch. Browning believes modular storage options are important enough to be included as a standard feature with every safe they offer. This means you can easily store more in the same space, so if your gun collection size changes, you can easily change your storage space. Please read all information on the type of delivery options you have for your order. The delivery of large safes is a very sensitive operation, and we supply this information to ensure you receive the product you ordered in the best condition possible for your delivery circumstance.
Types of Delivery Services (click the links below to skip to each section):
Small Package Delivery (150 lbs. and Under)
Small package delivery is a free service offered by SafeandVaultStore.com. All packages less than 150 pounds are delivered to your home or business front door via UPS or FedEx during normal business hours. There is no advance appointment call made. No signature is required.
Curbside Delivery (Over 150 lbs.)
Curbside delivery is a free service offered by SafeandVaultStore.com. Any shipments 151 pounds or larger are delivered via freight companies such as YRC, XPO, USF Reddaway, or other common freight carriers and delivered curbside. The safes and vault doors are delivered on a wood pallet, curbside, where your driveway meets the street. The freight company will call to schedule an appointment within an 8-hour window. IMPORTANT NOTE: The delivery staff will not take your safe or vault door any further than curbside if this is the service you order. Freight companies will not deliver to your driveway on a Dead End road or Cul de Sac. They will only deliver to County, City, or State roads. They will not deliver to a congested downtown area with no parking or a Doorman Condo or Apartment. Garage/Threshold Delivery or White Glove Inside Delivery are available for an extra charge if you need special delivery services. Garage delivery is not guaranteed. It is not always available in all areas and is ultimately at the discretion of the driver to complete. If the driver feels it is unsafe, the freight company will not be able to complete the garage delivery and will leave the safe at your curbside. We would refund you in full for the garage delivery if it is not able to be completed. Safes Over 2000 lbs.
Our trucks with liftgates will only handle safes up to 2000 pounds. Safes over 2000 pounds will require a forklift or loading dock on site to receive the safe. If you do not have either of these items, we can recommend a company in your local area that can deliver your safe inside.
