    Tidel Series 4e Side Car Note Validation Scalability

    Tidel's Side Car is designed to be an add on for the Series 4e. When deployed with the Series 4e, it enables retail locations to scale their bill validation and deposit capability in an easy to use system that is convenient. The Side Car adds two additional single or bulk note validators (for a total of 3 or 4) and supports standard or XL cassettes.

    With both the Series 4e and the Side Car along with extra large (XL) cassettes, the system can support a total of 9,000 deposited bills, with a note validation speed reaching 180 notes per minute.

    The Tidel Side Car also includes a note validator maintenance door, enabling only authorized personnel to clear bill jams without the need for an expensive service call. This also reduces your down time. The Side Car also includes a manual vault drop below the acceptor door, offering additional storage. This drop can also be used via user PIN code.

    If you would like to have extra validators on the Series 4 and have a need for a large amount of deposited bills daily, please call us so that we can configure a system that will work for your needs.

    Please read all information on the type of delivery options you have for your order. The delivery of large safes is a very sensitive operation, and we supply this information to ensure you receive the product you ordered in the best condition possible for your delivery circumstance.

    Small Package Delivery (150 lbs. and Under)

    Small package delivery is a free service offered by Safe & Vault Store. All packages less than 150 pounds are delivered to your home or business front door via UPS or FedEx during normal business hours. There is no advance appointment call made. No signature is required.

    Curbside Delivery (Over 150 lbs.)

    Curbside delivery is a free service offered by Safe & Vault Store. Any shipments 151 pounds or larger are delivered via freight companies such as YRC, XPO, USF Reddaway, or other common freight carriers and delivered curbside. The safes and vault doors are delivered on a wood pallet, curbside, where your driveway meets the street. The freight company will call to schedule an appointment within an 8-hour window.     • Freight companies will not deliver to a "dead end" street or Cul De Sac. Please see our Fedex Freight Direct Basic for additional options.
    • Remote areas require additional fees from the freight company. Please see our Fedex Freight Direct Basic for additional options.
    • “Limited access” locations will require additional fees from the Freight Company. Please see our Fedex Freight Direct Basic for additional options.
    • Some zip codes, including ferry points, are considered beyond service points from the servicing center and may result in additional charges. Please see our Fedex Freight Direct Basic for additional options.

    What Happens When You Place Your Order (Products over 150 lbs.)

    1. Depending on the indicated lead time on your order, you will receive an email notifying you that your item has shipped with your tracking number.
    2. After your item has shipped and it arrives at your local terminal, you will receive a telephone call from the freight company to schedule the delivery date. 
    3. The freight company will schedule a delivery appointment with you for the day of delivery only.
    4. Freight companies will deliver between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday only.  Because Mondays are heavy commercial delivery days, some terminals will avoid scheduling residential deliveries on Mondays. If you require a shorter time window, please see our Fedex Freight Direct Basic delivery options (2-hour window available).
    5. You must be present or have someone there to inspect and sign for the product. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
    6. If there is even the slightest damage on the packaging, note the damage on the receipt you receive and sign from the delivery staff. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is the only way we can file a damage claim for a refund from the freight company and/or a replacement if your safe or vault door is damaged.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: The delivery staff will not take your safe or vault door any further than curbside if this is the service you order. Freight companies will not deliver to your driveway on a Dead End road or Cul de Sac. They will only deliver to County, City, or State roads. They will not deliver to a congested downtown area with no parking or a Doorman Condo or Apartment. Garage/Threshold Delivery or White Glove Inside Delivery are available for an extra charge if you need special delivery services. Please call 800-207-2259 for other delivery options if any of these cases apply to you.

    Garage Delivery Requirements:

    Please read these requirements before placing your order:

    • Access to an ‘overhead’ garage door is required and must be over pavement or concrete, no more than a 2% grade.
    • Excessively steep or long driveways are not included in this service, see Inside Delivery delivery options if this is your case.
    • Drivers will not back the truck onto your driveway.
    • The driver may require help to push the product into your garage.
    • The driver will not remove the safe from the pallet.

    Garage delivery is not guaranteed. It is not always available in all areas and is ultimately at the discretion of the driver to complete. If the driver feels it is unsafe, the freight company will not be able to complete the garage delivery and will leave the safe at your curbside. We would refund you in full for the garage delivery if it is not able to be completed.     Safes Over 2000 lbs.

    Our trucks with liftgates will only handle safes up to 2000 pounds. Safes over 2000 pounds will require a forklift or loading dock on site to receive the safe. If you do not have either of these items, we can recommend a company in your local area that can deliver your safe inside.

    Business Inside Delivery Room of Choice No Stairs (Businesses Only) 151 - 600 lbs.

    For those businesses that require an inside delivery service, we offer this up to 600 pounds.

    • Deliver inside your business.
    • Includes a two-person delivery and /or placement in room of choice.
    • Delivery ground floor only - no stairs.
    • Option of packaging removal.
    • Proactive notifications with 2 person delivery and 4-8 hour delivery window.
    • Business Inside Delivery does NOT include anchoring of your product or lifting a safe high onto a pedestal/platform.
    • Includes bringing the safe in an elevator. The elevator must be rated to handle the weight of the safe plus delivery team.
    • If you have multiple flights of stairs or need extra help getting the safe to the location you need it, we will need to provide a custom quote. The quote process can take 2-3 business days. Call us if you have any special circumstances at 800-207-2259.

    Inside Delivery - 601 lbs and Above
