If a product is listed with an incorrect price due to typographical errors or erroneous information from our suppliers or manufacturers, Safe & Vault Store will:
Correct the pricing error. If the correct price is lower than what was shown, Safe And Vault Store will charge the lower price and ship the product. If the correct price is higher, Safe And Vault Store will notify you of the higher price. You may choose to either proceed with the order at the higher, corrected price, or Safe And Vault Store shall retain the right to cancel the order at our discretion, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged, Safe And Vault Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
- Should Safe and Vault Store reduce the price on any purchased product within 10 calendar days of your order date, you may contact Safe and Vault Store customer support at 1-800-207-2259 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the purchase price you were charged and the current sale price.
- The refund or credit is valid on the sale price of the product only and does not apply to shipping and handling charges.
- To receive the refund or credit you must contact Safe and Vault Store within 10 calendar days of the order date.
- Refunds are valid on new products only.
- Your credit will be refunded using the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

Free Shipping includes a "handling fee" that is included in the total price of the product. For customer's wishing to pick up their product from the point of origin (freight terminal) and eliminate shipping costs, the handling fee will be added to the final price of the product(s). Please contact Safe and Vault Store directly for calculating the appropriate handling fee. Products include "free" shipping. The cost of the freight is bundled into the total price of the product.
Safe And Vault Store publishes photos provided to us by the manufacturer and every effort is made to show the actual color of the safe. Computer video cards and monitors will often show the colors differently than the actual color of the safe. Safe And Vault Store accepts no responsibility for variations in the product colors as displayed on different computers and monitors.

Although many of the products you find on SafeandVaultStore.com are different from what is carried in our physical Allied store locations, there are some products which are available both online and in our stores. Should you find a product listed online that we don't carry in our stores, you may order the product by paying in advance and request to have the product shipped to our store for customer pick up or direct shipped to a location of your choice.
Prices shown on SafeandVaultStore.com will be honored at our physical locations (at the request of the customer). Some limitations apply:
- Customer will pay the lower of the online or in-store-pace (if online order is placed, customer must pay at time of order).
