The outside is protected by a digital lock which can hold one manager code (master) and up to 5 user codes. The keypad features a lockout penalty if an incorrect code is tried multiple times incorrectly. Each employee can have a unique combination. There are two backup keys in case the lock fails. The door is protected by three steel locking bolts which prevent someone from trying to pry the door open.

There are four pre-drilled mounting holes with hardware to bolt to a solid surface.
