The Stealth ShadowVault SV1 Pistol Safe is incredibly unique as it is built on the same platform as the Stealth Heavy Duty Simplex Pistol Safe but now has a High Security Electronic Lock. This means if someone is trying to guess your combination, it will keep locking them out, frustrating any would-be burglar. If someone were to try all the possibilities, it would take them 27 years. If they tried it on a Simplex lock, it would only take 2 hours. You can enable a silent mode which disables the beeping for stealth access. If you need to gain access to your pistol in an emergency, you don't want someone to hear where you are. Stealth mode is perfect for these scenarios.
The extra hardplate in-between the lock latch on the Stealth ShadowVault SV1 Pistol Safe increases the drill time by 200%. Same thing with the hardplate in-between the body and lock latch. There is a punch resistant steel housing encasing the lock on the door side, and lock latch on the body side. A stainless steel strike plate protects the paint and provides smooth closure.
The two 3/8" steel hooks lock under the hinges to prevent someone from prying the door open. The two deadbars are bolted together to reinforce the piano hinge. The hinge is also continuously welded as well. There are 4 pre-drilled mounting holes to bolt to a solid surface (highly recommended). It also comes with concrete bolt anchors.
Even with all the extra steel added to the Stealth ShadowVault SV1 Pistol Safe, the safe is still light enough to carry around if needed. It weighs 22 pounds. Small package delivery is a free service offered by SafeandVaultStore.com. All packages less than 150 pounds are delivered to your home or business front door via UPS or FedEx during normal business hours. There is no advance appointment call made. No signature is required.
Curbside Delivery (Over 150 lbs.)
Curbside delivery is a free service offered by SafeandVaultStore.com. Any shipments 151 pounds or larger are delivered via freight companies such as YRC, XPO, USF Reddaway, or other common freight carriers and delivered curbside. The safes and vault doors are delivered on a wood pallet, curbside, where your driveway meets the street. The freight company will call to schedule an appointment within an 8-hour window. IMPORTANT NOTE: The delivery staff will not take your safe or vault door any further than curbside if this is the service you order. Freight companies will not deliver to your driveway on a Dead End road or Cul de Sac. They will only deliver to County, City, or State roads. They will not deliver to a congested downtown area with no parking or a Doorman Condo or Apartment. Garage/Threshold Delivery or White Glove Inside Delivery are available for an extra charge if you need special delivery services.
