SafeandVaultStore HPD3020 Front Load Depository Safe
The SafeandVaultStore HPD3020 front loading depository safe is a top of the line depository safe made from thick solid steel. The door on this safe is 1/2" thick of solid steel and is classified as a "B" rating for burglar protection. There are also other various security features that make sure this safe is the right choice for your business. The extra wide front loading hopper is used for extra wide deposits and deposit bags.
SafeandVaultStore's HPD3020 comes standard with a UL Listed Group II dial combination lock. A Securam digital electronic lock is also available as an upgrade for no additional charge. The drop on this wide depository safe is protected by a saw tooth anti-fish baffle which will prevent anyone from fishing money, envelopes and even deposit bags from the inside of the safe. The lock is protected by a drill resistant hard plate which will protect the lock from being drilled out. Another great security feature is the spring loaded relocker. If anyone attempts to drill the lock out, the relocker will fire. This makes the door almost impossible to open without a locksmith or safe technician. We highly recommend using the pre-drilled anchor holes in the bottom of the safe to bolt it to a solid surface (wood or concrete).
If you value security and also want convenience to go along with it, consider the SafeandVaultStore HPD3020 front load depository safe. This safe will protect your deposits from internal as well as external theft. If you have any questions about this safe or others, please give us a call at 800-207-2259 today!
Features:
Yes. Free delivery is included on every safe we sell, anywhere in the lower 48 states. The specific delivery method depends on the safe's weight: small package delivery for under 150 lbs, curbside, or garage delivery for heavier safes. See full shipping details →
Shipping timelines vary by product. Check the availability status at the top of this page for the estimated ship date. Once shipped, transit time typically runs 5–10 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking when the safe leaves the warehouse. Safes under 150 lbs ship via UPS or FedEx Ground, no appointment needed. Safes weighing 150 lbs or more ship via freight (LTL); the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment once the safe reaches your local terminal.
We don't provide inside delivery directly, but we work with third-party installers across the country who do. Here's how it works: call us at 800-207-2259 for a recommendation in your area, and we'll provide the names and phone numbers of installers we've worked with. You contact the installer directly to arrange pricing for delivery and installation. Once you've agreed on a price, place your order with us using the installer's address as the shipping destination. The installer receives the safe, inspects it, and schedules your final delivery appointment. Some installers prefer to pick the safe up directly from the freight terminal. Check the product's exterior dimensions (listed above) against your narrowest passage, interior doorways, stair landings, and tight turns. Most people remove the safe from the pallet before moving it indoors, so the safe's actual dimensions are what matter for doorways. Standard interior doorways (30–32" clear) accommodate most residential safes, but measure before ordering. Call us if you're uncertain. See where to locate your safe →
Electronic locks: yes; it takes about 30 seconds. Instructions are included with your safe. Mechanical dial locks: no, changing a dial combination requires a licensed safe technician. Important: attempting to change a dial combination yourself (or having an unlicensed locksmith do it) voids the lock warranty. A licensed safe tech maintains the warranty. See lock operating instructions →
Call us immediately — while you have 24 hours to report damage, calling right away gets the claim filed faster. Take photos of the damage and packaging before moving anything. For minor cosmetic damage, we typically send touch-up paint plus a partial refund. For significant damage, we send replacement parts or arrange a full replacement. Order Protection (optional at checkout) speeds refund payouts to 48–72 hours vs. 30–60 days through standard freight claims; replacement safes ship on the manufacturer's normal timeline regardless. See receiving your safe →
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused, in-original-condition products. The return freight for a heavy safe is substantial, so we strongly encourage you to call us before ordering if you're unsure about fit or configuration. See full return policy →
