The BoostedSafe Elite isn't just another vehicle lock box; it's a safe that blends directly into your daily routine. Its clever booster-seat disguise means you can keep it right in plain sight without drawing a second look. Inside, a gas-hinged lid makes it easy to load and unload valuables quickly, whether you're in a parking lot or sitting in the driver's seat. It's built from 16-gauge steel, so you get real protection without hauling around a brick.
What really makes this model stand out is the triple-access system: choose the traditional key, punch in a quick combination, or unlock it instantly with your fingerprint. All three options work alongside an advanced disc detainer lock, the same pick-resistant tech used in high-security applications. Combine that with the Isofix connectors that anchor the safe directly into your vehicle's seat system, and you've got a setup that's hard to steal, easy to use, and far more secure than a typical cable-tethered car safe.
Inside, the modular foam insert keeps your gear protected from bumps and scratches, whether you're storing a firearm, camera equipment, cash, or important documents. With smart access options, secure anchoring, thoughtful padding, and a disguise that keeps it hidden in plain sight, the BoostedSafe Elite gives you confident storage no matter where the road takes you.
FAQs:
Q: Will this really blend in as a booster seat?
A: Yes. The safe includes a fitted cover that looks like a standard booster seat, so it doesn't draw attention from outside the vehicle. Thieves typically look for bags, electronics, and loose items, not child seats, which makes this disguise one of the safest ways to store valuables in plain sight.
Q: How does the Isofix connection work?
A: Isofix (also known as LATCH in the US) lets you lock the safe directly into your vehicle's built-in seat anchors. It's the same system used for securing child seats. This prevents the safe from sliding, tipping, or being quickly grabbed during a break-in. It's a significant security upgrade over cable-tethered designs.
Q: Is the fingerprint lock reliable?
A: Yes. The fingerprint sensor is fast and accurate, and most users get access in under a second. You can store up to 50 fingerprints, so you can register multiple fingers or allow access for someone else if needed.
Q: Will this fit in a car or truck?
A: Yes. The BoostedSafe Elite was designed for vehicle use. Its compact footprint fits under seats, in center consoles, glove compartments (in some vehicles), or in the trunk with a cable or mounting setup.
Q: How fast is the fingerprint reader?
A: Very fast. Most users get access in under a second. The sensor automatically opens the lid once it recognizes your print, so you don't have to fumble with buttons or combinations.
Q: What happens if the batteries die?
A: You have two backup options: the keyed disk detainer lock or the USB-C jump port, which gives you temporary external power to open the safe.
Q: How secure is the disk detainer lock?
A: Much more secure than a standard key lock. Disk detainer locks use rotating discs instead of simple pins, making them extremely difficult to pick, bump, or force open. This is the same technology used in many high-security commercial applications.
Q: Can I store multiple fingerprints?
A: Yes. You can store up to 50 prints, which is helpful if you want to register multiple fingers, share access with a partner, or maintain reliable access from different angles.
Q: Does this safe come with a warranty?
A: Absolutely. It includes a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.
Q: Can I use this outside of my vehicle?
A: Definitely. While it's built for vehicle use, it works well for home, office, hotel rooms, RVs, dorms, and travel. You can remove the booster-seat cover when not needed.

Please read all information on the type of delivery options you have for your order. The delivery of large safes is a very sensitive operation, and we supply this information to ensure you receive the product you ordered in the best condition possible for your delivery circumstance.
Types of Delivery Services (click the links below to skip to each section):
Small Package Delivery (150 lbs. and Under)
Small package delivery is a free service offered by Safe & Vault Store. All packages under 150 pounds are delivered to your home or business front door via UPS or FedEx during normal business hours. There is no advance appointment call made. No signature is required.
Changing Your Address
Additional fees may apply if you need to change your address after your order has shipped. Please note that changing the address with FedEx is not guaranteed. You can create a FedEx Delivery Manager account, which allows you to change the shipping method to a FedEx Hold Location (ex: local Walgreens).
Curbside Delivery (Over 150 lbs.)
Curbside delivery is a free service offered by Safe & Vault Store. Any shipments 151 pounds or larger shipments are delivered curbside via freight companies such as YRC, XPO, USF Reddaway, or other common freight carriers. The safes and vault doors are delivered on a wood pallet, curbside, where your driveway meets the street. The freight company will call to schedule an appointment within an 8-hour window. Need a smaller time window? See our Fedex Freight delivery options.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The delivery staff will not take your safe or vault door any further than curbside if this is the service you order. Freight companies will not deliver to your driveway on a dead-end road or Cul de Sac. They will only deliver to County, City, or State roads. They will not deliver to a congested downtown area without parking or a Doorman Condo or Apartment. Garage/Threshold Delivery or White Glove Inside Delivery are available for an extra charge if you need special delivery services. Please call 800-207-2259 for other delivery options if any of these cases apply to you.
FedEx Freight Direct Basic (151 to 2000 lbs.) (Includes Garage Delivery)
$75.00
Garage Delivery Requirements:
Please read these requirements before placing your order:
Garage delivery is not guaranteed. It is not always available in all areas and is ultimately at the driver's discretion to complete. If the driver feels unsafe, the freight company will not be able to complete the garage delivery and will leave the safe at your curbside. We will refund you in full for the garage delivery if it cannot be completed. If you want to order garage delivery and are concerned that you might not meet the requirements, please call us at 800-207-2259 so we can determine the best option.
Safes Over 2000 lbs.
Our trucks with liftgates can only handle safes up to 2000 pounds. Safes over 2000 pounds require a forklift or loading dock on site to receive them. If you do not have either of these items, we can recommend a company in your local area that can deliver your safe inside.
Inside Delivery
Safe & Vault Store offers inside delivery options depending on the weight of the safe, whether there are stairs, and whether you require bolting the safe down. Please call us at 800-207-2259, and we can help you determine the best inside delivery option for you.
