The Drifter uses a unique overlapping lid design that eliminates the "wedged-shut" failure common in many lightweight lockboxes. Heavy 1/4" staked and welded hinges with an integrated pin guard protect against punch attacks, and the double-shear lock mechanism adds solid pry resistance.
Inside, the Drifter includes two layers of 3/8" protective foam and a thick convoluted foam lid to keep items from shifting. Four mounting holes on the base allow secure anchoring when needed. You can also choose an optional 6,000-lb rated security cable, made in the USA, in 3-ft or 6-ft lengths.
