This large 39 cubic foot burglary and fire safe incorporates six-sided composite construction. What is composite construction? This revolutionary new barrier material incorporates a steel and ceramic matrix on all six sides of the safe. The ceramic matrix is anchored by a "Z" bar connection system that fuses the inner and outer layers of steel, as well as the composite material into one. By using this unique construction, the safe achieves a high degree of burglary protection while being relatively light in weight.
This U.L. TL-30 rated burglary safe with a 2 hour fire rating incorporates a dual combination lock system for greater security and comes standard with five (5) shelves. Each shelf is 1" H x 36" W x 26" D. Additional shelves are available at a slight upcharge.
In addition, this U.L. TL-30 rated burglary safe also has a two hour 1850 degree fire rating. To further explain, this unit is subjected to a 1850 degree fire for a period of two hours and the interior temperature did not exceed 350 degrees, well below the combustion point of paper.
To further enhance the theft resistance of this SafeandVaultStore TL-30 2 hour fire safe 7236BL, we have included massive 1 1/2" chrome bolts secured with a U.L. Group 2M combination lock. For a slight upcharge we can add an electronic lock to your safe. This TL-30 Burglary with 2 hour fire rated safe also incorporates "dead" bolts on the hinge side to deter prying of the door. We have also added a relocking system so that when the lock is drilled or forced, the bolts automatically freeze in the locked position. The boltwork on this high quality safe is further protected by a bolt detent system that automatically extends the bolts when the door is closed.
