You have the option to purchase a product at any one of our physical store locations (Allied Fire and Security) or online at SafeandVaultStore.com. Our physical store locations carry a limited supply of select products for sale that are in-stock and on display. Our in-store experts will gladly assist you in selecting the right product for your special need. Click here for a listing of our store showroom locations.
For in-store showroom purchases if a desired product is NOT in-stock we will assist you to factory order a product and you will then direct us to:
1. Ship the product to our store for scheduling professional services (delivery/installation/anchoring) at your location for an additional fee
2. Ship the product to our store as a “Will Call” order and you arrange to pick up the product with your own properly equipped vehicle. At no additional cost we will assist you to load the product in your properly equipped vehicle (proper weight classification, tie downs, etc.). Allied does not provide materials nor labor for securing the product in a customer owned vehicle. A customer release agreement for self-transport is required.
3. Ship the product directly to your location (curbside delivery at no additional fee but you are responsible to get the product to its final location). Should you desire installation/anchoring professional services we can assist you for an additional fee.
For in-store showroom purchases where the desired product IS in-stock:
1. Curbside delivery is not included in the price of the in-stock product; we can do so for an added fee. Why is curbside delivery an additional fee for products carried in-stock? Because these products already incurred shipping costs from the factory to our store location and additional delivery costs from our store to your location are not included in the showroom pricing.
2. Should you desire professional services such as inside delivery/installation/anchoring we will quote you for this service to be performed by Allied. Should the online inside installation services fee be lower than Allied’s quote please see information below regarding matching inside installation (White Glove) service.
Upon request Allied will match online product pricing:
In-store (Allied) product pricing may be different than online (SafeandVaultStore.com) pricing. Upon request should the online product price be lower we will meet this price (provided the price is not listed in error).
Upon request Allied will match online professional inside installation service (White Glove):
Should you require inside installation services for in-stock products we will quote you for Allied to provide this service. However, the online inside installation services pricing (White Glove) may be less. Should this be the case and upon request, Allied will coordinate this service through our online subcontractor partner. Alternatively, Allied at their sole discretion may opt to perform this service a match the online installation (White Glove) price. Please note that anchoring services or inside delivery of products weighing 800 pounds or more are not available through our online partners. These products require a custom professional services quote from experienced heavy equipment installers such as Allied.
