Our hearts go out to the victims and families of the victims in the Aurora, Colorado shooting. Around here, we’re not quite sure what to make of such a senseless tragedy, the loss of life, and the heartbreak that affects not only a community but an entire country. As so much of the media has been talking about over the last week since the shooting, we’re also considering the need for better gun safety and gun control legislation. In an effort to do our (very, very) small part, we thought this would be a good time to remind you of some basics of gun safety and what you can do to ensure that your firearms are use safely and kept securely.
