NEW for 2015, the Hayman MVEX-3516 MagnaVault has been redesigned and loaded with some great features. It is a burglar and fire rated safe that is perfect for both residential and commercial applications. The fire rating on this safe is better than most and features a 105 minute fire rating, tested at 1275 degrees F. The inside temperature never exceeded 350 degrees F.

The burglar protection on the MVEX-3516 MagnaVault series features a body that is six sided, 2" thick composite construction. There is one recessed mount hole to anchor your safe to a solid surface for additional security (it is recommended that you anchor your safe to prevent removal from your premises). Other features include 1-1/8 inch diameter chrome plated locking bolts. Up to five 1/4 inch hardplates mounted at angles inside the door and body to provide maximum drill attack prevention. Relocking devices connected to a glass plate will protect the safe from attacks on the lock. A reinforced solid continuous dead bolt locks on the hinge side of the door ensuring security even if the hinges are cut off.

The lock that comes standard on the Hayman MVEX-3516 is a SecuRam digital electronic lock with a TopLit keypad. A UL listed Group 2 dial combination lock can be installed for an additional charge.

Will this fit through my doorway?

Can I change the combination myself?

Electronic locks: yes; it takes about 30 seconds. Instructions are included with your safe. Mechanical dial locks: no, changing a dial combination requires a licensed safe technician. What if it arrives damaged?

Call us immediately — while you have 24 hours to report damage, calling right away gets the claim filed faster. Take photos of the damage and packaging before moving anything. Small Package Delivery (150 lbs. and Under)

Small package delivery is a free service offered by Safe & Vault Store. All packages under 150 pounds are delivered to your home or business front door via UPS or FedEx during normal business hours. There is no advance appointment call made. No signature is required.

Changing Your Address

Additional fees may apply if you need to change your address after your order has shipped. Please note that changing the address with FedEx is not guaranteed. You can create a FedEx Delivery Manager account, which allows you to change the shipping method to a FedEx Hold Location (ex: local Walgreens).

Curbside Delivery (Over 150 lbs.)

Curbside delivery is a free service offered by Safe & Vault Store. Any shipments 151 pounds or larger shipments are delivered curbside via freight companies such as YRC, XPO, USF Reddaway, or other common freight carriers. The safes and vault doors are delivered on a wood pallet, curbside, where your driveway meets the street. The freight company will call to schedule an appointment within an 8-hour window. Freight companies will not deliver to a "dead end" street or Cul De Sac. Please see our Fedex Freight Direct Basic for additional options.

Depending on the indicated lead time on your order, you will receive an email notifying you that your item has shipped with your tracking number.
After your item has shipped and arrived at your local terminal, the freight company will call you to schedule the delivery date.
The freight company will schedule a delivery appointment with you for the day of delivery only.
Freight companies will deliver between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday only.Because Mondays are heavy commercial delivery days, some terminals will avoid scheduling residential deliveries on Mondays. If you require a shorter time window, please see our Fedex Freight Direct Basic delivery options (2-hour window available).
You must be present or have someone inspect and sign for the product. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
If the packaging is damaged even slightly, note the damage on the receipt you receive and sign from the delivery staff. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is the only way to file a damage claim for a refund from the freight company and/or a replacement if your safe or vault door is damaged.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The delivery staff will not take your safe or vault door any further than curbside if this is the service you order. Freight companies will not deliver to your driveway on a dead-end road or Cul de Sac. They will only deliver to County, City, or State roads. They will not deliver to a congested downtown area without parking or a Doorman Condo or Apartment. Garage/Threshold Delivery or White Glove Inside Delivery are available for an extra charge if you need special delivery services. Garage Delivery Requirements:

Please read these requirements before placing your order:

Access to an ‘overhead’ garage door is required and must be over pavement or concrete, no more than a 2% grade.
Excessively steep or long driveways are not included in this service; if this is your case, see Inside Delivery delivery options.
Drivers will not back the truck onto your driveway.
The driver may require help to push the product into your garage.
The driver will not remove the safe from the pallet.

Garage delivery is not guaranteed. It is not always available in all areas and is ultimately at the driver's discretion to complete. If the driver feels unsafe, the freight company will not be able to complete the garage delivery and will leave the safe at your curbside. We will refund you in full for the garage delivery if it cannot be completed.
