Purchase Orders

SafeandVaultStore offers the convenience of ordering products via authorized purchase order for qualified* business entities willing to agree to the Terms and Conditions as noted below. 

*Qualified customer categories for using a purchase order are:

• Government
• Education
• Banks & Credit Unions
• Hospitals
• Institutions

Purchase Order Terms and Conditions:

• The minimum purchase amount is $500.00 (not including taxes).
• Payment terms are NET 10 days from date of invoice (initiated once product(s) have shipped).
• Acceptance of purchase order is subject to prior credit approval.
• All products will be shipped to US destinations only.
• We cannot accept purchase order numbers over the phone.
• Orders will not be processed until your account is approved and we received a signed purchase order.
• We do not accept international purchase orders.
• Purchase order terms, if different than those of SafeandVaultStore will not be accepted.
• Purchase order must be signed by a qualified representative of the company.
• Purchase order must be a bona fide company document and state both the shipping and billing address; include all relevant costs, including product prices, shipping and handling, inside delivery fees and applicable taxes. Requisitions, letters, faxes, or memoranada referencing a purchase order will not be accepted.
• To place an order via purchase order, we must receive the document by fax, e-mail or regular mail.

We cannot accept your purchase order unless you agree to these terms. Purchase Orders are subject to approval.
