Simon Taylor joined Safe and Vault Store in February 2022 and brings 8+ years of customer service experience along with a background in firearm sales and pawn shop management. As both an e-commerce sales specialist and content creator, Simon specializes in custom safe and vault door design, working closely with customers who need solutions that go beyond off-the-shelf products.
He covers a wide range of security needs, from residential burglar and fire safes to firearms storage, business cash management, and smart home security. Simon writes regularly for the Safe and Vault Store blog and appears on the company YouTube channel demonstrating safes in person, walking through product features, and answering common security questions.
Outside of work, Simon is a weekend photographer, musician, and podcaster.
