We don't provide inside delivery directly, but we work with third-party installers across the country who do. Will this fit through my doorway?

Electronic locks: yes; it takes about 30 seconds. Instructions are included with your safe. Mechanical dial locks: no, changing a dial combination requires a licensed safe technician. What if it arrives damaged?

Call us immediately — while you have 24 hours to report damage, calling right away gets the claim filed faster. Take photos of the damage and packaging before moving anything.
