The Cennox BSD4125 BSD Series Intelligent Manual Drop Safe is a secure, easy-to-use cash-management solution designed for retail businesses and commercial environments that handle high volumes of cash. Built with burglary-deterrent construction and advanced electronic access control, the BSS4125 helps reduce shrinkage, improve accountability, and support structured cash handling procedures.

Secure Manual Drop Design

The BSD4125 features a manual drop drawer that allows employees to deposit cash directly into a protected inner compartment without opening the main door. This design reduces exposure during deposits and limits direct access to stored funds.

The interior compartment is sized to accommodate up to five standard tills (based on 2.50" H x 15.50" W x 11.25" D till dimensions). Optional insert coin racks are also available to further organize change storage.

Burglary-Deterrent Construction

Built with B-Rated construction, the BSD4125 includes a 5-point premium boltwork hardware, an automatic locking detent mechanism, a spring-loaded relocker, a burglary-resistant lock with relocker, and adjustable ball-bearing hinges for smooth door operation. These structural elements provide dependable resistance against forced entry while maintaining reliable daily operation.

Technology Features:

• Positive User Identification: Dual-factor authentication with a user number, an electronic key, and a personal identification number (PIN) provides a redundant identity check.
• Encrypted Audit Trail: The audit trail enables review of all secure transactions. The memory will retain up to 10,000 events. Audit data may be viewed or printed.

• Printer Interface: The safe's printer port enables you to print the audit report to any standard printer. 
• Time Lock & Time Delay: The Time Lock feature lets you set the time of day or night when the safe can be opened, and the Time Delay is the delay between an authorized key entry and the granting of access. When the employee enters a key and PIN, the Safe displays "TIME DELAY" and a clock starts counting.
• Day-Lock Prevention: The safe can be programmed to trigger an alarm and log an event if the door is left open for a set period.
• Armor Car Override (ACO): If you use an Armored Car service, an ACO key is available to bypass the Time Delay and Time Lock restrictions.
• Duress Alarm: The safe can be integrated with your existing alarm system, allowing the operator to activate a duress alarm during a robbery.
