The Contacta STS-S23-BRKT-C is the dual-clamp mounting bracket for the Contacta STS-S23 Overhead Speaker. It clamps over the top edge of a freestanding glass or safety partition and holds two STS-S23 speakers back-to-back, one facing each side of the glass, so a single teller or agent position can serve customers on both sides of the same partition. The clamp jaws adjust from 2 mm to 20 mm to fit typical retail, banking, and ticket-window glass without drilling.
Both required STS-S23 speakers are sold separately. Once the bracket is clamped in place, the two speakers adhere to the bracket with the included adhesive pads, are secured with the included hardware, and the two speaker cables run from the bracket back to the amplifier and microphones handling each side of the counter. Specify this mounting solution when the glass has an exposed top edge and you want a single window position to serve customers on both faces of the glass, typical of double-sided bank teller pods, ticket kiosks that face two lines, or information counters in airport concourses.
The bracket body is mild steel with a powder-coated RAL 9006 semi-gloss finish, a light metallic grey that reads neutral against most window frames, glass edging, and speaker housings. Overall footprint is compact at 3.77 inches wide by 1.92 inches deep by 0.98 inches tall, so it sits low on the top edge of the glass and stays visually subordinate to the two speakers it supports.
If you only need a single speaker facing one direction, the STS-S23 ships with its own single-glass clamp and does not need this bracket. The STS-S23-BRKT-C is specifically for back-to-back installations that pair two STS-S23 speakers on the same glass panel.
If you have questions about the STS-S23-BRKT-C, whether your glass thickness falls in the 2-20 mm clamp range, or how to pair it with an amplifier and microphones on both sides of a double-sided teller window, please call us at 800-207-2259.

Specifications:
Yes. Free delivery is included on every safe we sell, anywhere in the lower 48 states. The specific delivery method depends on the safe's weight: small package delivery for under 150 lbs, curbside, or garage delivery for heavier safes. See full shipping details →
Shipping timelines vary by product. Check the availability status at the top of this page for the estimated ship date. Once shipped, transit time typically runs 5–10 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking when the safe leaves the warehouse. Safes under 150 lbs ship via UPS or FedEx Ground, no appointment needed. Safes weighing 150 lbs or more ship via freight (LTL); the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment once the safe reaches your local terminal.
We don't provide inside delivery directly, but we work with third-party installers across the country who do. Here's how it works: call us at 800-207-2259 for a recommendation in your area, and we'll provide the names and phone numbers of installers we've worked with. You contact the installer directly to arrange pricing for delivery and installation. Once you've agreed on a price, place your order with us using the installer's address as the shipping destination. The installer receives the safe, inspects it, and schedules your final delivery appointment. Some installers prefer to pick the safe up directly from the freight terminal. Check the product's exterior dimensions (listed above) against your narrowest passage, interior doorways, stair landings, and tight turns. Most people remove the safe from the pallet before moving it indoors, so the safe's actual dimensions are what matter for doorways. Standard interior doorways (30–32" clear) accommodate most residential safes, but measure before ordering. Call us if you're uncertain. See where to locate your safe →
Electronic locks: yes; it takes about 30 seconds. Instructions are included with your safe. Mechanical dial locks: no, changing a dial combination requires a licensed safe technician. Important: attempting to change a dial combination yourself (or having an unlicensed locksmith do it) voids the lock warranty. A licensed safe tech maintains the warranty. See lock operating instructions →
Note: Some mechanical pushbutton locks (like Simplex) can be changed by the user without a technician. Check your specific lock's instructions.
Call us immediately — while you have 24 hours to report damage, calling right away gets the claim filed faster. Take photos of the damage and packaging before moving anything. For minor cosmetic damage, we typically send touch-up paint plus a partial refund. For significant damage, we send replacement parts or arrange a full replacement. Order Protection (optional at checkout) speeds refund payouts to 48–72 hours vs. 30–60 days through standard freight claims; replacement safes ship on the manufacturer's normal timeline regardless. See receiving your safe →
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused, in-original-condition products. The return freight for a heavy safe is substantial, so we strongly encourage you to call us before ordering if you're unsure about fit or configuration. See full return policy →
