The Fort Knox PB4 Personal Pistol Safe is a heavy duty, handgun/pistol safe. It is designed to hold up to 2 handguns with some room for some valuables. "This is my second ft Knox pb4. I firmly believe in strategic placement of firearms in the home and this is the best option I’ve found to help me safely and effectively achieve this goal. I plan to purchase another one in the near future as well. Product is sturdy and has the thickest steel I’ve seen for a pistol box. Plenty of room inside for a firearm, a couple of magazines, a flashlight and a small amount of ammo. Could easily fit 2 pistols. I also strongly prefer the mechanical lock. I’ve never had a problem with my first box which is 2 years old. Only issue I have with this most recent purchase is that a small piece of the carpet was removed to allow the door to swing which isn’t necessary- My first box works fine with the carpet simply cut and then resting on top of the hinge which allows more padded space on the bottom of the box. Definitely not a big deal and easily remedied. Overall I love this box !"
