The Mesa MBF6032E gun and rifle safe is the best "bang for the buck" in the gun safe market today. With features normally found in the high end gun safes, this safe has the perfect price point for home owners looking for quality on a budget.

Burglar Protection

The Mesa MBF6032E features all steel construction, made of 100% steel unlike the competition which sometimes uses plastic body parts. The body is made of 12 gauge steel and the door is 7 gauge, with an additional 11 gauge steel plate covering the lock and handle area. This is much better than the 18 or 16 gauge steel "cabinets" you find in the big box stores which claim to be gun safes. The all steel body has an overall thickness of 1-1/2" enclosing the fire resistant material. The massive 1-1/2" diameter solid steel live locking bolts add burglar protection and make it difficult to pry the door open. Not only are they big, but there are plenty of them. There are 5 live bolts on the latch side, 2 live bolts on top, 2 live bolts on the bottom of the door and 5 dead bolts on the hinge side. This makes it very difficult if not almost impossible to pry the door open.

Fire Rating

The Mesa MBF6032E gun safe features a one hour fire rating tested to withstand temperatures up to 1,750 degrees Fahrenheit. This safe has also been drop tested and is built to survive a 2 story fall. This means that if you have a fire, and your safe falls through the floor, it is built to withstand the fire and the drop.

Locks

There are two types of locks on the Mesa MBF6032E gun safe. There is a dial combination lock which has a 3 number combination. There is also a FREE digital electronic lock upgrade for no extra cost. This is a battery operated lock which is protected by a punch activated spring loaded re-locking device.

Look and Feel

There are many storage uses for the Mesa MBF6032E gun safe. It is great for storing valuables, ammunition, important documents, handguns, shotguns, firearms, rifles and other types of weapons. The interior shelves, walls and door panel are fully upholstered. The interior shelving can also be adjusted to meet your unique storage needs. If you do not have any rifles or long guns to store inside, but need a large safe, we can order the MBF6032E-P which has all shelves. This gun safe is painted a black finish. It holds a total of 24 long guns and rifles without scopes.

Will this fit through my doorway?

Can I change the combination myself?

What if it arrives damaged?

Call us immediately — while you have 24 hours to report damage, calling right away gets the claim filed faster. Take photos of the damage and packaging before moving anything. Please read all information on the type of delivery options you have for your order. The delivery of large safes is a very sensitive operation, and we supply this information to ensure you receive the product you ordered in the best condition possible for your delivery circumstance.

What Happens When You Place Your Order (All Products over 150 lbs.

Small Package Delivery (150 lbs. and Under)

Small package delivery is a free service offered by Safe & Vault Store. All packages under 150 pounds are delivered to your home or business front door via UPS or FedEx during normal business hours. There is no advance appointment call made. No signature is required.

Changing Your Address

Additional fees may apply if you need to change your address after your order has shipped. Please note that changing the address with FedEx is not guaranteed. You can create a FedEx Delivery Manager account, which allows you to change the shipping method to a FedEx Hold Location (ex: local Walgreens).

Curbside Delivery (Over 150 lbs.)

Curbside delivery is a free service offered by Safe & Vault Store. Any shipments 151 pounds or larger shipments are delivered curbside via freight companies such as YRC, XPO, USF Reddaway, or other common freight carriers. The safes and vault doors are delivered on a wood pallet, curbside, where your driveway meets the street. The freight company will call to schedule an appointment within an 8-hour window. Freight companies will not deliver to a "dead end" street or Cul De Sac. Please see our Fedex Freight Direct Basic for additional options.

Depending on the indicated lead time on your order, you will receive an email notifying you that your item has shipped with your tracking number.
After your item has shipped and arrived at your local terminal, the freight company will call you to schedule the delivery date.
The freight company will schedule a delivery appointment with you for the day of delivery only.
Freight companies will deliver between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday only.Because Mondays are heavy commercial delivery days, some terminals will avoid scheduling residential deliveries on Mondays. If you require a shorter time window, please see our Fedex Freight Direct Basic delivery options (2-hour window available).
You must be present or have someone inspect and sign for the product. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
If the packaging is damaged even slightly, note the damage on the receipt you receive and sign from the delivery staff. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is the only way to file a damage claim for a refund from the freight company and/or a replacement if your safe or vault door is damaged.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The delivery staff will not take your safe or vault door any further than curbside if this is the service you order. Freight companies will not deliver to your driveway on a dead-end road or Cul de Sac. They will only deliver to County, City, or State roads. They will not deliver to a congested downtown area without parking or a Doorman Condo or Apartment. Garage/Threshold Delivery or White Glove Inside Delivery are available for an extra charge if you need special delivery services. Garage Delivery Requirements:

Access to an ‘overhead’ garage door is required and must be over pavement or concrete, no more than a 2% grade.
Excessively steep or long driveways are not included in this service; if this is your case, see Inside Delivery delivery options.
Drivers will not back the truck onto your driveway.
The driver may require help to push the product into your garage.
The driver will not remove the safe from the pallet.

Garage delivery is not guaranteed. It is not always available in all areas and is ultimately at the driver's discretion to complete. If the driver feels unsafe, the freight company will not be able to complete the garage delivery and will leave the safe at your curbside. We will refund you in full for the garage delivery if it cannot be completed. Our trucks with liftgates can only handle safes up to 2000 pounds. Safes over 2000 pounds require a forklift or loading dock on site to receive them. If you do not have either of these items, we can recommend a company in your local area that can deliver your safe inside.
