Shipping timelines vary by product. Check the availability status at the top of this page for the estimated ship date. Once shipped, transit time typically runs 5–10 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking when the safe leaves the warehouse. We don't provide inside delivery directly, but we work with third-party installers across the country who do. Here's how it works: call us at 800-207-2259 for a recommendation in your area, and we'll provide the names and phone numbers of installers we've worked with. You contact the installer directly to arrange pricing for delivery and installation. Once you've agreed on a price, place your order with us using the installer's address as the shipping destination. The installer receives the safe, inspects it, and schedules your final delivery appointment. Some installers prefer to pick the safe up directly from the freight terminal. Check the product's exterior dimensions (listed above) against your narrowest passage, interior doorways, stair landings, and tight turns. Most people remove the safe from the pallet before moving it indoors, so the safe's actual dimensions are what matter for doorways. Standard interior doorways (30–32" clear) accommodate most residential safes, but measure before ordering. Call us if you're uncertain. See where to locate your safe →
Electronic locks: yes; it takes about 30 seconds. Instructions are included with your safe. Mechanical dial locks: no, changing a dial combination requires a licensed safe technician. Important: attempting to change a dial combination yourself (or having an unlicensed locksmith do it) voids the lock warranty. A licensed safe tech maintains the warranty. See lock operating instructions →

Order Protection (optional at checkout) speeds refund payouts to 48–72 hours vs. 30–60 days through standard freight claims; replacement safes ship on the manufacturer's normal timeline regardless. See receiving your safe →
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused, in-original-condition products. The return freight for a heavy safe is substantial, so we strongly encourage you to call us before ordering if you're unsure about fit or configuration. See full return policy →
