SnapSafe has released a brand new wall safe for 2022 - the SnapSafe 75413 In-Wall Safe. It has some unique features that make it step above the competitors. Here are some of those features. Most wall safes have an internal locking mechanism that takes up space inside the safe. The SnapSafe 75413 In-Wall Safe, has an innovative latch mechanism that maximizes the usable interior space. 

Another great feature of the SnapSafe 75413 In-Wall Safe is the ability to orient as a left or right opening. Need a safe with a left hand swing? (door swings open to the left) Just change the door to fit your own needs. The shelves inside are also removable whereas most safes on the market use fixed shelves. This allows you to fully customize the interior to how you want it to be. 

The lock on the SnapSafe 75413 In-Wall Safe is an electronic lock with a key backup. If you forget your combination, the batteries die or something happens to your lock, you can use the key backup to get in. There is an audio and LED visual warning light when the battery is low. The safe takes 4 AA batteries which are not included with the safe. This Hidden In-Wall Safe is designed to be installed in a 4" depth wall and fits between standard wall studs. The lag bolt hardware is included to secure it to the studs.

SnapSafe has designed the 75413 In-Wall Safe to be as secure as possible. It uses 16 gauge steel in the body and 8 gauge steel in the door. It is painted with a nice light grey durable powder-coated finish. Inside are magnetic jewelry/key hooks and a magnetic document holder. The spring-assist door allows you to easily open and close the door without much effort.

Can you deliver it inside my house and bolt it down?

We don't provide inside delivery directly, but we work with third-party installers across the country who do. Here's how it works: call us at 800-207-2259 for a recommendation in your area, and we'll provide the names and phone numbers of installers we've worked with. You contact the installer directly to arrange pricing for delivery and installation. Once you've agreed on a price, place your order with us using the installer's address as the shipping destination. The installer receives the safe, inspects it, and schedules your final delivery appointment. Some installers prefer to pick the safe up directly from the freight terminal. Will this fit through my doorway?

Check the product's exterior dimensions (listed above) against your narrowest passage, interior doorways, stair landings, and tight turns. Most people remove the safe from the pallet before moving it indoors, so the safe's actual dimensions are what matter for doorways. Can I change the combination myself?

Electronic locks: yes; it takes about 30 seconds. Instructions are included with your safe. Mechanical dial locks: no, changing a dial combination requires a licensed safe technician. Important: attempting to change a dial combination yourself (or having an unlicensed locksmith do it) voids the lock warranty. A licensed safe tech maintains the warranty. What if it arrives damaged?

Call us immediately — while you have 24 hours to report damage, calling right away gets the claim filed faster. Take photos of the damage and packaging before moving anything. For minor cosmetic damage, we typically send touch-up paint plus a partial refund. For significant damage, we send replacement parts or arrange a full replacement. Order Protection (optional at checkout) speeds refund payouts to 48–72 hours vs. 30–60 days through standard freight claims; replacement safes ship on the manufacturer's normal timeline regardless. Please read all information on the type of delivery options you have for your order. The delivery of large safes is a very sensitive operation, and we supply this information to ensure you receive the product you ordered in the best condition possible for your delivery circumstance.

Small Package Delivery (150 lbs. and Under)

Small package delivery is a free service offered by Safe & Vault Store. All packages under 150 pounds are delivered to your home or business front door via UPS or FedEx during normal business hours. There is no advance appointment call made. No signature is required.

Changing Your Address

Additional fees may apply if you need to change your address after your order has shipped. Please note that changing the address with FedEx is not guaranteed. You can create a FedEx Delivery Manager account, which allows you to change the shipping method to a FedEx Hold Location (ex: local Walgreens).

Curbside Delivery (Over 150 lbs.)

Curbside delivery is a free service offered by Safe & Vault Store. Any shipments 151 pounds or larger shipments are delivered curbside via freight companies such as YRC, XPO, USF Reddaway, or other common freight carriers. The safes and vault doors are delivered on a wood pallet, curbside, where your driveway meets the street. The freight company will call to schedule an appointment within an 8-hour window.   • Freight companies will not deliver to a "dead end" street or Cul De Sac. Please see our Fedex Freight Direct Basic for additional options.
  • Remote areas require additional fees from the freight company. Please see our Fedex Freight Direct Basic for additional options.
  • “Limited access” locations will require additional fees from the Freight Company. Please see our Fedex Freight Direct Basic for additional options.

  3. The freight company will schedule a delivery appointment with you for the day of delivery only.
  4. Freight companies will deliver between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday only.Because Mondays are heavy commercial delivery days, some terminals will avoid scheduling residential deliveries on Mondays. If you require a shorter time window, please see our Fedex Freight Direct Basic delivery options (2-hour window available).
  5. You must be present or have someone inspect and sign for the product. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
  6. If the packaging is damaged even slightly, note the damage on the receipt you receive and sign from the delivery staff. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is the only way to file a damage claim for a refund from the freight company and/or a replacement if your safe or vault door is damaged.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The delivery staff will not take your safe or vault door any further than curbside if this is the service you order. Freight companies will not deliver to your driveway on a dead-end road or Cul de Sac. They will only deliver to County, City, or State roads. They will not deliver to a congested downtown area without parking or a Doorman Condo or Apartment. Garage Delivery Requirements:

Please read these requirements before placing your order:

  • Access to an ‘overhead’ garage door is required and must be over pavement or concrete, no more than a 2% grade.
  • Excessively steep or long driveways are not included in this service; if this is your case, see Inside Delivery delivery options.
  • Drivers will not back the truck onto your driveway.
  • The driver may require help to push the product into your garage.
  • The driver will not remove the safe from the pallet.

Garage delivery is not guaranteed. It is not always available in all areas and is ultimately at the driver's discretion to complete. If the driver feels unsafe, the freight company will not be able to complete the garage delivery and will leave the safe at your curbside. We will refund you in full for the garage delivery if it cannot be completed. Safes Over 2000 lbs.

Our trucks with liftgates can only handle safes up to 2000 pounds. Safes over 2000 pounds require a forklift or loading dock on site to receive them. If you do not have either of these items, we can recommend a company in your local area that can deliver your safe inside.
