The Tidel D4e Low Capacity Note Dispenser (LCND) was designed for retail establishments seeking bill dispensing throughout the day. Engineered with security measures, the LCND offers a transparent auditing system, empowering you to track details such as the dispenser's operator, the quantity of the bills distributed, and the precise timing of each transaction. 

Starting with two cassettes, the Low Capacity Note Dispenser offers a scalable design, expandable to accommodate three or even four cassettes tailored to your specific daily bill dispensing requirements. Each cassette provides a capacity of up to 500 notes, along with the ability to dispense up to 60 bills per minute. 

Tailored to the PIN code of each employee, personalized dispensing limits can be established for individual users. The process of dispensing notes and accessing the cassettes is completely auditable. The LCND's dimensions include a height of 30.75", making it an ideal fit beneath a retail store counter.

Please read all information on the type of delivery options you have for your order. The delivery of large safes is a very sensitive operation, and we supply this information to ensure you receive the product you ordered in the best condition possible for your delivery circumstance.

Types of Delivery Services (click the links below to skip to each section):


Small Package Delivery (150 lbs. and Under)

Small package delivery is a free service offered by Safe & Vault Store. All packages under 150 pounds are delivered to your home or business front door via UPS or FedEx during normal business hours. There is no advance appointment call made. No signature is required.

Changing Your Address

Additional fees may apply if you need to change your address after your order has shipped. Please note that changing the address with FedEx is not guaranteed. You can create a FedEx Delivery Manager account, which allows you to change the shipping method to a FedEx Hold Location (ex: local Walgreens).

Curbside Delivery (Over 150 lbs.)

Curbside delivery is a free service offered by Safe & Vault Store. Any shipments 151 pounds or larger shipments are delivered curbside via freight companies such as YRC, XPO, USF Reddaway, or other common freight carriers. The safes and vault doors are delivered on a wood pallet, curbside, where your driveway meets the street. The freight company will call to schedule an appointment within an 8-hour window.   • Freight companies will not deliver to a "dead end" street or Cul De Sac. Please see our Fedex Freight Direct Basic for additional options.
  • Remote areas require additional fees from the freight company. Please see our Fedex Freight Direct Basic for additional options.
  • “Limited access” locations will require additional fees from the Freight Company. Please see our Fedex Freight Direct Basic for additional options.
  • Some zip codes, including ferry points, are considered beyond service points from the servicing center and may result in additional charges. Please see our Fedex Freight Direct Basic for additional options.

What Happens When You Place Your Order (Products over 150 lbs.)

  1. Depending on the indicated lead time on your order, you will receive an email notifying you that your item has shipped with your tracking number.
  2. After your item has shipped and arrived at your local terminal, the freight company will call you to schedule the delivery date. 
  3. The freight company will schedule a delivery appointment with you for the day of delivery only.
  4. Freight companies will deliver between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday only.Because Mondays are heavy commercial delivery days, some terminals will avoid scheduling residential deliveries on Mondays. If you require a shorter time window, please see our Fedex Freight Direct Basic delivery options (2-hour window available).
  5. You must be present or have someone inspect and sign for the product. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
  6. If the packaging is damaged even slightly, note the damage on the receipt you receive and sign from the delivery staff. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is the only way to file a damage claim for a refund from the freight company and/or a replacement if your safe or vault door is damaged.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The delivery staff will not take your safe or vault door any further than curbside if this is the service you order. Freight companies will not deliver to your driveway on a dead-end road or Cul de Sac. They will only deliver to County, City, or State roads. They will not deliver to a congested downtown area without parking or a Doorman Condo or Apartment. Garage/Threshold Delivery or White Glove Inside Delivery are available for an extra charge if you need special delivery services. Please call 800-207-2259 for other delivery options if any of these cases apply to you.

Garage Delivery Requirements:

Please read these requirements before placing your order:

  • Access to an ‘overhead’ garage door is required and must be over pavement or concrete, no more than a 2% grade.
  • Excessively steep or long driveways are not included in this service; if this is your case, see Inside Delivery delivery options.
  • Drivers will not back the truck onto your driveway.
  • The driver may require help to push the product into your garage.
  • The driver will not remove the safe from the pallet.

Garage delivery is not guaranteed. It is not always available in all areas and is ultimately at the driver's discretion to complete. If the driver feels unsafe, the freight company will not be able to complete the garage delivery and will leave the safe at your curbside. We will refund you in full for the garage delivery if it cannot be completed. Safes Over 2000 lbs.

Our trucks with liftgates can only handle safes up to 2000 pounds. Safes over 2000 pounds require a forklift or loading dock on site to receive them. If you do not have either of these items, we can recommend a company in your local area that can deliver your safe inside.

Fedex Premium Inside Delivery Room of Choice (No Stairs) 151 - 300 lbs.

  • Two-person delivery teams: Ensuring safe and efficient handling of your safe.
  • Placement in the room of choice: The safe will be delivered to your preferred location on the ground floor within your home or business.
  • It will be delivered on the ground floor only. They will not take the safe up any stairs or elevators.

  • Appointment scheduling: Coordinating delivery times that suit your availability.
