Tracker Safe TS64 Gun & Rifle Safe

You will enjoy the spaciousness and security of your new Tracker Safe Model TS64 Gun Safe. Depending on the type and size of guns you have, it has a 64-gun capacity. The interior is gray carpeted, with adjustable shelving of one large upper shelf and two smaller shelves. The exterior is coated with a handsome gray textured powder paint. It has a 5-spoke lever handle that is chrome-plated.

The exterior dimensions are: height: 59", Width: 39", and depth: 27". The handle adds an additional 3 inches to the depth. Interior dimensions are: height: 55.5", Width: 39" and depth: 27". The total external volume is 38.72 cubic feet.

Fire and burglary are the main concerns for gun owners. The Tracker Safe Model TS64 Gun Safe is insulated against Fire. It can withstand temperatures of over 1200 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. The heat-activated door seal expands to five times its thickness, preventing the fire from entering the safe.

The three layers of fireboard insulation in the door and one layer in the body, ceiling, and floor walls of the safe offer protection from excessive heat. Additionally, external hinges on the Model TS64 Gun Safe surpass internal hinges in allowing full fireboard protection.

The Tracker Safe Company offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty against either a fire, an attempted burglary, or an actual burglary. Protection against a burglar's attempts is built into the Model TS64 Gun Safe, including door security, body security, and commercial grade locks. The 750 lb. weight is also a theft deterrent.

Door security is enhanced by a 4.25-inch thick composite steel door made of 12 gauge steel. There is full door coverage with the locking bolts with ten 1-inch diameter steel locking bolts.

A re-locker that is equipped to protect against anyone tampering with your lock is also part of the door security. To protect your safe against attacks with a drill, this gun safe has a drill-resistant hard plate on the front. The external hinges that allow the safe to open 200 degrees are also resistant to attacks.

The body security of this gun safe begins with its welded body, which features heavy, 12-gauge thick steel (2.5 mm). The bottom of the safe has been pre-drilled so that it can be bolted securely to the floor with the included concrete mounting hardware.

The Tracker Safe Model TS64 Gun Safe offers your choice of commercial grade locks, either the bright chrome Lagard Group 2 Mechanical Dial Lock or the Securam Type 1 High-Security Electronic Lock. A Securam Basic Biometric Lock is available as an upgrade for quick access.

Once shipped, transit time typically runs 5–10 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking when the safe leaves the warehouse. Safes under 150 lbs ship via UPS or FedEx Ground, no appointment needed. Safes weighing 150 lbs or more ship via freight (LTL); the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment once the safe reaches your local terminal.

Can you deliver it inside my house and bolt it down?

We don't provide inside delivery directly, but we work with third-party installers across the country who do. Here's how it works: call us at 800-207-2259 for a recommendation in your area, and we'll provide the names and phone numbers of installers we've worked with. You contact the installer directly to arrange pricing for delivery and installation. Once you've agreed on a price, place your order with us using the installer's address as the shipping destination. Will this fit through my doorway?

Check the product's exterior dimensions (listed above) against your narrowest passage, interior doorways, stair landings, and tight turns. Most people remove the safe from the pallet before moving it indoors, so the safe's actual dimensions are what matter for doorways. Can I change the combination myself?

Electronic locks: yes; it takes about 30 seconds. Instructions are included with your safe. Mechanical dial locks: no, changing a dial combination requires a licensed safe technician. Important: attempting to change a dial combination yourself (or having an unlicensed locksmith do it) voids the lock warranty. A licensed safe tech maintains the warranty. What if it arrives damaged?

Call us immediately — while you have 24 hours to report damage, calling right away gets the claim filed faster. Take photos of the damage and packaging before moving anything. For minor cosmetic damage, we typically send touch-up paint plus a partial refund. For significant damage, we send replacement parts or arrange a full replacement. Please read all information on the type of delivery options you have for your order. The delivery of large safes is a very sensitive operation, and we supply this information to ensure you receive the product you ordered in the best condition possible for your delivery circumstance.

What Happens When You Place Your Order (All Products over 150 lbs.

Small Package Delivery (150 lbs. and Under)

Small package delivery is a free service offered by Safe & Vault Store. All packages under 150 pounds are delivered to your home or business front door via UPS or FedEx during normal business hours. There is no advance appointment call made. No signature is required.

Changing Your Address

Additional fees may apply if you need to change your address after your order has shipped. Please note that changing the address with FedEx is not guaranteed. You can create a FedEx Delivery Manager account, which allows you to change the shipping method to a FedEx Hold Location (ex: local Walgreens).

Curbside Delivery (Over 150 lbs.)

Curbside delivery is a free service offered by Safe & Vault Store. Any shipments 151 pounds or larger shipments are delivered curbside via freight companies such as YRC, XPO, USF Reddaway, or other common freight carriers. The safes and vault doors are delivered on a wood pallet, curbside, where your driveway meets the street. The freight company will call to schedule an appointment within an 8-hour window. Freight companies will not deliver to a "dead end" street or Cul De Sac. Please see our Fedex Freight Direct Basic for additional options.

You must be present or have someone inspect and sign for the product. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
If the packaging is damaged even slightly, note the damage on the receipt you receive and sign from the delivery staff. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is the only way to file a damage claim for a refund from the freight company and/or a replacement if your safe or vault door is damaged.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The delivery staff will not take your safe or vault door any further than curbside if this is the service you order. Freight companies will not deliver to your driveway on a dead-end road or Cul de Sac. They will only deliver to County, City, or State roads. They will not deliver to a congested downtown area without parking or a Doorman Condo or Apartment. Garage/Threshold Delivery or White Glove Inside Delivery are available for an extra charge if you need special delivery services. Garage Delivery Requirements:

Please read these requirements before placing your order:

Access to an ‘overhead’ garage door is required and must be over pavement or concrete, no more than a 2% grade.
Excessively steep or long driveways are not included in this service; if this is your case, see Inside Delivery delivery options.
Drivers will not back the truck onto your driveway.
The driver may require help to push the product into your garage.
The driver will not remove the safe from the pallet.

Garage delivery is not guaranteed. It is not always available in all areas and is ultimately at the driver's discretion to complete. If the driver feels unsafe, the freight company will not be able to complete the garage delivery and will leave the safe at your curbside. We will refund you in full for the garage delivery if it cannot be completed. Our trucks with liftgates can only handle safes up to 2000 pounds. Safes over 2000 pounds require a forklift or loading dock on site to receive them. If you do not have either of these items, we can recommend a company in your local area that can deliver your safe inside.
