This is the mid-line series that Hayman makes for home and business use. They have five sizes ranging from 1.2 to 9.2 cubic feet. The Hayman MVEX comes standard with a UL Type 1 Securam Digital Electronic Lock. It also has 7 coat paint job and finish for years of longevity on the paint job. Let's take a look at the interior. The Hayman MVEX has many bolts, active bolts. Four on this side. They use a continuous bar instead of deadbolts which goes behind the door-frame. Much more secure than the standard bolts that a lot of manufacturers use. This model, all 5 models have attractive hooks here for jewelry or other things that you want to keep of a personal nature. A nice convenience feature of the MVEX series by Hayman is they have a built in LED light that turns on when you open the door and turns off when you close it.
A unique feature of the MVEX Series is the glass adjustable shelves. All the other safe manufacturers have steel shelves, however, these shelves have been tested at 228 pounds. It's tempered glass and the ladies who buy these safes really seem to like the glass shelves. They're easy to keep clean. Not being metal they don't get dented. A rather unique feature. Another security feature that separates Hayman from other safe manufacturers is they have two 5/8" anchor holes pre-built in at the factory. So when you anchor in your safe, instead of just one in the middle, you'll actually have two in opposing corners. Finally, the Hayman MVEX Series has a 105-minute fire rating, almost two hours and the Underwriters Lab RSC burglar rating.
